Scheduling
Remote sessions are confirmed after intake. A confirmation message will include the proposed time window and what preparation is needed on your side.
Cancellation
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a confirmed session when possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed for a portion of the reserved time if stated in your confirmation.
Refunds
Prepaid work that has not started may be refunded or credited by mutual agreement. Work already completed in a session is generally non-refundable. If a session cannot proceed for reasons on our side, we will reschedule or refund the unused prepaid amount.
